Cross Connects
Cross Connects provide physical cable connectivity in the data center between Clients, Carriers, Meet-Me Rooms (MMR), and buildings on the campus. MMR and cabling distribution racks are secured and only accessed by authorized Scott Data personnel. Our digital twin patch management software is key to provisioning and tracking these connections.
Data Storage
Performant, scalable, and reliable storage made available through our Ethernet Network Fabric with options for File, Object, and GPUDirect storage.
Network
Open standards and 100+ Gbps speeds have enabled Scott Data to deploy an Ethernet Network Fabric throughout our data center to connect customers and services. Our network offerings include Top of Rack (ToR), access, and aggregation switches sized to meet your needs. Router and Firewall offerings are also available.
AI Platform
Scott Data has built an AI platform including GPU-as-a-Service (GaaS) to accelerate our customers’ AI/ML workloads. Our GPUs can scale from one to hundreds of NVIDIA H100s powered by Spectrum-X networking. We own and operate the whole stack, from concrete to cloud. Beyond networking, data storage, and MLOps software.
Colocation
Colocation cabinets and cages are a core capability for Scott Data, including redundant A/B power and seamless integration with Cross Connects and other Services. High-Performance Colocation (HPC) is designed for demanding workloads that require 60+ kW of power and advanced cooling technologies. Our HPC solutions simplify the complex power, cooling, density, cabling, and operational requirements while still maintaining wide compatibility with various vendors and types of equipment.
Logistics
Scott Data provides logistical services for our customers to include package receiving, storage, and staging.
Escorting
Escorting Services are available to facilitate and coordinate any client or vendor on-site or remote requests that are not directly related to support or service requests.
Internet
Scott Data provides diverse and redundant access to the global internet, including IPv4 and IPv6. We offer Fixed, Burstable, and Transfer-based bandwidth billing options. Border Gateway Protocols (BGP) and IP Failover are also available.
Onsite Tech Support
Scott Data personnel operate as an extension of the client’s IT staff and provide Facilities, Technical, and Professional Services within our data centers. Professional Services may also extend to the client’s premises or other critical facilities via scoped engagements. Our facilities and technical expertise, earned through over 20 years of running our own critical facilities and services, are at the client’s disposal.
Megaport
Megaport operates a global Software Defined Network (SDN). which enables fast, flexible, and on-demand connectivity to hundreds of data centers, interconnection points, public clouds, and global services with an extensive footprint. Scott Data maintains Megaport Sales and Technical accreditations, meaning we have the expertise to help customers architect their networks and accelerate their time to deployment, making the most of their Megaport services. Connectivity to the Scott Data AI Platform is also available via the Megaport AI Exchange (Aix).
